  1. Later it will be brought to senate where it will be voted on again. There is our best chance to beat it. After that it's brought before the president who has a chance to veto it. If he doesn't, it's a law.

  2. He originally said he would veto it but I wonder. What president would veto something that gives them more power?

  5. Kennedy vetoed all kinds of stuff that was for growing the governemnt, giving departments more power (such as the CIA) and was open to getting positive relations open with, our then, mortal enemies, the USSR. Look at what that all got him.
